Scott is a Principal with Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz, specializing in audits of property and casualty insurance companies and employee benefit plans. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Elizabethtown College.
As an audit Principal of the Firm's property and casualty insurance audit practice, Scott is responsible for providing audit services to numerous insurance entities. He oversees the performance of the audit and issuance of the audited financials. Scott meets with the management of his clients and their audit committees to communicate audit results. Scott assists clients with regulatory compliance and statutory and GAAP reporting issues.
Additionally, Scott is the lead audit principal for the Firm’s employee benefit plan audit practice. He oversees the performance and issuance of all employee benefit plan audits issued by the Firm. Scott assists employee benefit plan clients with ERISA compliance reporting matters.
