A majority of the BSSF management professionals have spent a significant amount of their professional careers with national accounting firms before joining BSSF.
During orientation, you will be introduced to BSSF and its employees and acquaint you with our procedures and technology. You won’t be on your own. A mentor, usually a staff accountant, will be there to be a friend, coach and role model at BSSF. We take great pride in providing our employees with the tools necessary to succeed with various training programs for audit, tax and other technical areas, leadership skills, technology and more.
Each year BSSF assembles a team during office hours to assist in the United Way Day of Caring- lending a helping hand. We also have many other events with our clients and within our community. These include softball games, indoor mini-golf, volleyball, community service projects and much more.
